The company is planning to construct the 440 unit Grande Palm Beach Hotel and Spa on its company owned site at Sandyport. The Sandyport hotel site is one of the finest hotel properies available on the market. It is located at the western end of the famed Cable Beach tourist and casino area on its own beach. The company has recived Bahamas Government Approval to construct the new 440 unit hotel on the company's 12.4 acre site.
Sandyport Beaches Resort has been operating a 72 unit hotel on part of this site for the last ten years. The site includes existing swimming pools and tennis courts with the restaurants and facilities of the Olde Towne at Sandyport all around. The new hotel portion of the site is prepared for construction with utilities run to the lot lines.
The property is located just minutes from Sir Lyndon Pindling Nassau International airport to the west and the other hotels and attractions of Cable Beach to the east. Downtown shopping is a 15 minute drive away.
